Karla L. Horrell
Karla L. Horrell was born, raised, and resides in Evansville, Indiana. She is the mother of two sons and wife of the late Daniel E. Horrell.
Karla earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Southern Indiana and has received a Certificate of Leadership in Rehabilitation from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign/RCEP.
She is an elder and trustee of her church, is active in several organizations including:
- Kiwanis
- Evansville Children’s Theatre
- Institute of Management Accountants
- Harrison High School PTSA
- Family Partnership Against Drugs
- President of Harrison High School Instrumental Booster Club
- A sitting member of the University of Southern Indiana Alumni Council
Karla has been with the Evansville Association for the Blind for 27 years in the positions of Director of Accounting, Controller, Director of Rehabilitation and Community Service and, most recently, Executive Director.
